Vusani is an Associate in the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions team, where she advises on M&A transactions, restructurings, joint ventures, financial services matters, regulatory compliance and general corporate advisory. Her experience spans both in-house legal advisory and private legal practice, enabling her to provide commercially grounded advice on complex and high-value corporate transactions. Vusani has sector experience across M&A, financial services, telecommunications, infrastructure and consumer-affairs industry, where she supports clients on transactional structuring, due diligence investigations and cross-functional legal risk matters.
