Isaac is an executive in the Firm’s corporate and commercial team, highly regarded for his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, capital raises, restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate advisory.

Isaac’s reputation as an astute and practical legal adviser has been crafted over more than a decade of working in leading law firms in South Africa and New Zealand. This combination of domestic and international experience makes him uniquely suited to advise on a broad range of complex and high-value corporate transactions.

Isaac is focused on assisting clients with delivering complex transactions in a timely manner and providing commercially focused and pragmatic advice.
He advises a range of clients, including large multinationals, private equity firms, JSE listed entities and privately held business. His sector experience is extensive and includes mining, energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, hospitality, and aged care.
