Mbali is an associate in the firm’s real estate team, where she advises and assists on the registration of commercial and residential property transfers, mortgage bonds, notarial bonds, notarial leases and bond cancellations, as well as the drafting and review of various property agreements.
Mbali also has experience advising on the real estate aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.
