Robyn Geswindt is a Director and the Head of the Real Estate Department at TGR Attorneys. A seasoned property law expert, she specializes in commercial property transactions, due diligence, property development, and property finance, bringing a wealth of experience from top-tier law firms to her role.
Her distinguished career includes a tenure as a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property, Banking and Finance Department at Bowman Gilfillan, where she managed complex due diligence for major renewable energy and infrastructure projects. She has also held senior positions at other leading firms such as Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, building a robust practice in conveyancing, notarial work, and commercial leasing.
Robyn holds an LLB from the University of Western Cape. She is a triple-qualified professional, admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary Public of the High Court of South Africa. Her comprehensive expertise ensures clients receive strategic, commercially sound advice across the entire spectrum of real estate law.
